The Sun Fired Ra Foods Legend Dr. Aris LaTham returns to Costa Rica! Join us this June 8th - 15th, 2026 in the beautiful mountains alongside the Chirripo River in Southern Costa Rica for an immersive deep dive into the world of mastering raw food preparation! In this comprehensive week-long course, you will learn the foundational methodologies and techniques to create healthy, vibrant, nourishing, flavorful, and appetizing raw food dishes, that both catch the eye and deeply satisfies the taste buds. In the lecture series, you will also learn about proper food combining, enzymes, gut science, epigenetics, and much more. With ample time each day to explore the river and the land, this is a chance to unwind and connect deeply with where food really comes from…..nature. This event is truly an organic farm to table experience! All of the fruits and vegetables and most of the spices are sourced directly from local organic farmers and markets we know and trust.
